Shipping policy

Shipping Area & Delivery Time:

We currently ship within Germany and selected EU countries. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days. For selected EU countries, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

Shipping Costs:

• Standard shipping within Germany: free

• Shipping costs for selected EU countries are calculated at checkout

Shipping Provider:

We ship our orders with DHL/Deutsche Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns:

• You may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Returns must be announced in advance via email at info@soiyee.com.
