When will I receive my order?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. For deliveries within Germany, you can expect your package to arrive within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and further information.
Where are the products made?
Our silk scarves are crafted in Como, Italy, by a small, family-run business with decades of expertise in textile artistry. We carefully selected our production partner to ensure exceptional quality, attention to detail, and fair working conditions. Each scarf is made with great care to reflect the values of timeless design and responsible production.
How do I take care of my product?
To keep your silk scarf looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend:
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring—gently press out excess water with a towel and let it air dry away from direct sunlight. Iron on low heat with a protective cloth between the iron and the silk. Store in a dry, protected place, such as a fabric pouch. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, or sharp jewelry to prevent damage. For the most gentle care, professional dry cleaning is also an excellent option. This way, your favorite silk piece will stay beautiful and timeless for years to come.
